Default Duration Setting - Global & Playlist

Would like to have a global setting for default media duration. Currently it is set to 5 seconds, but would be nice to be able to set your own custom default duration. Also would like to be able to set a default duration for a playlist. So any new media added to the playlist, would default to the playlist default duration
