Ability to eliminate the preceding 0 in clock display

I see this was posted 5 years ago and there was no follow up response, but I'll bring it up again. edit the clock to where the display is not REQUIRED to display like this: 03:30 pm The 0 looks odd to us. This is not how time is generally displayed in the US. The 0 looks odd and not the norm.
