Allow configurable notification schedule

As the yodeck administrator, I would like to be notified within 15 min if a device goes offline so i can avoid support tickets from users asking for assistance. As the timeframe is not likely the same for all users, I would like to be able to configure the timing of notifications after a device goes offline in my user profile.
