An app on an Apple or Android device allowing to make changes on demand. The website is great if you want to build\upload\configure playlists and devices. But an app would allow to quickly change existing playlists, review alerts, reboot devices as you see them in transit. The app would allow you to log into your account and make those changes. I would also ask for the extra security of opening the app like "facial recognition"
