Media Tag Permissions

Would be nice if we could limit who can assign a certain media tag. When we set this up, I assumed that we would be able to create different media tags by workspace, and limit who can access those workspaces. Right now anyone with access to any workspace can assign any media tag to anything they upload. That means that someone in one city can change the slides for another city.
