Media Folder Structure wityhin Playlists

We have a number of brands under our sites and these have subfolders etc, when we build playlists we only see images and not sepearated by folders. The folder view option is not visually engaging. Can we have the folder struture diplsayed like we do in media under the playlists section?

Can this be done?
