Publish IP Addresses for Players

When it comes to troubleshooting BrightSign players it is very helpful to have the IP address of the player so we can access it from the backend. Would love to see this published somewhere in the monitors section. We also think it would be helpful to have this information for Raspberry Pi players as well.
