Dynamic web page duration with expiry

I have web pages that contain dynamic content requiring the displayed time to be modified overtime (some times it can be 20secs, some times 70secs);
It would be nice to have a method to force the Playlist to go to the next item when the web page shows a specific content (to be determined, like "<command>exit_item</command>".)
