Sometimes, and app or image doesnt quite line up with the ratio of the screen size in a layout. Yodeck needs to allow me to position it at a negative x,y or one that exceeds the screen dimensions.

In my example, I want to move the app below the lower edge of the screen. If I change the positioning number 'Top' to be greater, it makes the height of the element smaller instead of it just going over the edge.
