The different methods how to connect to the wifi with the Yodeck system are outdated. All these methods have one thing in common: you always need at least a keyboard. Therefore I would like to request a function where this is not necessary. Since nowadays every Arduino device in the smarthome sector can be connected to the Wifi via smartphone, this should also be possible with Yodeck. An already existing solution for this is for example BerryLan. The developers use their own app for this, but I think this should also be feasible via a web interface (like balena-os/wifi-connect). The advantage of such a feature is that the on-boarding is simplified for non-IT people. Thus, no on-site technician, no keyboard and no LAN-cable is needed to physically install the Raspberry. Counter opinions are welcome.
