Item placement every # items on random playlist

Would like to be able to have an item, or a tag, play every xTH (5th, 10th), etc. For sponsor house promo placement.etc. If i have a playlist of 20 items, I can put the sponsor image in the playlist 4x, but still no exact method to purposely show a sponsor image
