In Germany it is possible to get emergency alerts over RSS (example: https://warnung.bund.de/api31/mowas/rss/091620000000.rss). Would it be possible to add this feature to the emergency alerts options beside CAP and US national weather service? If you want to add just a German emergency alert option, you could use the above link and provide and option to choose the cities (more than one) from were it should get the emergency alerts from.
