From the media section, have the ability to select photo/video, and then click on multiple playlists to send it to.

For example:
Select "Image 1.png"
Add to:
(X) Coffee Shop
( ) Doctor's Office
(X) Gym
(X) Restaurant
(X) Laundromat
(Confirm)

This would save alot of time when adding new media to specific screens without having to individually go into each playlist and add the media, then repeat.
